1. What if I forgot my password?
No problem. Just visit the Forgot Password? link beside the Login. A new password will be send to you by e-mail. This new password will allow you to access your nicecityimage profile. If you want to change your password after login, go to My Profile and About at the top of the page and change it.
2. Where do I find my receipt?
Purchase receipts will be e-mailed to you.
3. What do I do when I am having download problems?
If you experience download problems, please contact us. Please note that you have five trials to download that image without having to purchase additional credits.
4. What is a credit and how does it work?
Credits are the nicecityimage currency and we sell them with the micro-payment system from PayPal. With the credits you can purchase picture files from nicecityimage. If you want to download a picture in the resolution you have selected, you first have to buy the equivalent amount of credits: 1 credit = 1 euro. You can download as many pictures as you have credits for.
5. Where can I buy credits?
Visit the "Credits" link beside the Login and click on Buy Credits. Or follow the instructions under point 6.
6. How does the download work?
Click on the picture you have chosen to enter the detailed page. Enter the Add to Card button. On the left-hand navigation bar you see the summary of all your chosen pictures and credits. Please enter View Shopping Cart and all the chosen pictures appear. Before you go to Checkout, recheck your choice. Then follow the detailed instructions. You can also first add pictures to the lightbox to make your own selection in case you want to keep the pictures in mind for buying credits later.
7. Which currency do you charge in?
We charge in euros.
8. Is tax included?
7% VAT is included.
9. Where can I get information about my orders?
Visit the My Orders link beside the Login. Select the relevant order. There you'll find all information about your downloads.
10. Where can I get information about credits?
Visit the "Credits" link beside the Login. Under Credit Account you get all the information about your credit status.
11. Does the image I download have a watermark on it?
Images downloaded with a purchased subscription will not be watermarked.
12. Can you contact the photographer and research a particular image for me?
All of our images are royalty-free and non-exclusive, therefore we do not contact photographers or research images for our clients.
13. How can I contact nicecityimage?
The Contact link can be found on the left-hand side. Please use our online contact form to send us an inquiry.
14. What is a lightbox?
A lightbox is used to store a group of images that you would like to eventually download. You can place images into a lightbox, and then later download the images. You are not obliged to download images from your lightbox.
15. How do I add images to a lightbox?
If you are in a detailed view, you can click on the link Add to Lightbox. The number of pictures in the lightbox are unlimited.
16. How do I share a picture with a friend?
If you are in a detailed view, you have the option to e-mail the chosen picture to a third party. Just enter the button Tell a Friend and fill in the contact form. The link will be send to the address.
17. How does your licensing work exactly?
All images are royalty-free. Detailed information can be found on our License Agreement page.
18. If I modify an image, can I claim copyright to that image?
You may modify an image and use it; however, you may not claim copyright to that image. nicecityimage continues to own all images, whether or not they have been modified.
19. What does royalty-free mean?
Royalty-free is a type of a stock photo license that provides for the unlimited use of an image in any media defined in the License Agreements.
20. What sizes do your photos come in?
They can be downloaded in four different sizes in Small, Medium, Large, and Original Size. Original Size images can be as large as 5625x3750 pixels! Each chosen image has its size information detailed underneath it.
21. Can I sell the images that I download?
You may not sell the images that you download from nicecityimage. Detailed information can be found on our License Agreement page
22. How do I change my profile?
To change your profile click on My Profile and the flag About.

1. Was kann ich tun, wenn ich mein Passwort vergessen habe?
Kein Problem. Einfach auf Forgot Password gehen und Sie bekommen per E-Mail ein neues zugesandt. Das neue Passwort ermöglicht Ihnen den Zugang zu Ihrem nicecityimage Profil. Wenn Sie nach dem Login Ihr Passwort wieder ändern möchten, gehen Sie auf My Profile und About am Kopf der Seite und ändern es in ein Passwort Ihrer Wahl.
2. Wo finde ich meine Rechnung?
Die Rechnung bekommen Sie per Mail.
3. Was kann ich tun, wenn das Herunterladen nicht klappt?
Wenn Sie Probleme mit dem Herunterladen haben, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte. Sie haben fünf Versuche, um das Bild herunterzuladen, ohne neue Credits erwerben zu müssen.
4. Was bedeutet Credit und wie funktioniert unser Zahlungssystem?
Credits sind die Währung von nicecityimage, die wir über das Micro-Bezahlsystem von paypal an Sie verkaufen. Mit den Credits können Sie Bilddateien von nicecityimage erwerben. Wenn Sie ein Bild in der gewünschten Auflösung herunterladen möchten, müssen Sie zunächst eine äquivalente Anzahl von Credis erwerben: 1 Credit entspricht dabei 1 Euro. Sie können so viele Bilder erwerben, wie Sie Credits besitzen.
5. Wo kann ich Credits kaufen?
Gehen Sie auf "Credits" in der oberen Navigation neben dem Login button und dort auf Buy Cedits. Oder folgen Sie den Anweisungen unter Punkt sechs.
6. Wie funktioniert der Download?
Klicken Sie auf das ausgewählte Bild, um auf die Detailansicht zu gelangen. Klicken Sie auf den Add to Card Button. Auf der linken Navigationsfläche sehen Sie die Zusammenfassung aller ausgewählten Bilder und Credits. Klicken Sie auf View Shopping Cart und ein neues Feld mit allen ausgewählten Bildern erscheint. Bevor Sie auf Checkout gehen, kontrollieren Sie bitte ihre Auswahl. Folgen Sie danach den detaillierten Anweisungen. Sie können auch zunächst die Bilder in die Lightbox laden, um eine Sammlung zu erstellen und später Credits erwerben.
7. In welcher Währung rechnen Sie?
Wir rechnen in EURO.
8. Sind die MwSt. enthalten?
7% MwSt. sind im Kaufpreis enthalten.
9. Wo kann ich Informationen über meine Bestellungen abrufen?
Gehen Sie auf My Orders in der oberen Navigation neben dem Login button. In der Liste wählen Sie die relevante Bestellung. Dort erhalten Sie alle Informationen inklusive des jeweiligen Download links.
10. Wo kann ich Informationen über meine Credits abrufen?
Gehen Sie auf Credits in der oberen Navigation neben dem Login button. Unter Credit Account sehen Sie den jeweiligen Status Ihres Accounts.
11. Hat das heruntergeladene Bild ein Wasserzeichen?
Bilder, die Sie über erworbene Credits herunterladen, haben kein Wasserzeichen.
12. Können wir Kontakt mit dem Fotografen aufnehmen um nach einem bestimmten Bild zu recherchieren?
Alle Bilder sind royalty-free und nicht exklusiv. Deshalb nehmen wir keinen Kontakt mit dem Fotografen auf oder recherchieren nach weiteren Bildern für unsere Kunden.
13. Wie kann ich Kontakt mit nicecityimage aufnehmen?
Der Contact link befindet sich auf der linken Seite. Wir möchten Sie bitten, ausschließlich über dieses Formular mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen.
14. Was ist eine Lightbox?
In einer Lightbox können Sie eine Sammlung von Bildern erstellen, die Sie eventuell herunterladen möchten. Dies können Sie auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt tun und die Bilder so lange Sie wollen in der Lightbox belassen. Sie sind nicht verpflichtet die Bilder aus der Lightbox herunterzuladen.
15. Wie kommen die Bilder in die Lightbox?
Wenn Sie in der Detailansicht des Bildes sind, können Sie auf Add to Lightbox gehen. Die Anzahl der Bilder in der Lightbox ist nicht limitiert.
16. Wie kann ich einem Freund ein Bild zeigen?
Aus der detaillierten Ansicht haben Sie die Möglichkeit ein Bild an einen Dritten zu mailen. Auf den button Tell a Friend klicken und das Formular mit den Kontaktdaten ausfüllen. Der Link wird an die angegebene Adresse gemailt.
17. Wie funktioniert die Lizensierung genau?
Alle Bilder sind royalty-free. Detaillierte Information finden Sie unter License Agreement.
18. Wenn ich ein Bild modifiziere, kann ich dann darauf ein Copyright beanspruchen?
Sie können die Bilder jederzeit verändern, aber kein Copyright darauf beanspruchen. nicecityimage behält in jedem Fall das Copyright, mit oder ohne Modifikation.
19. Was heißt royalty-free ?
Royalty-free ist eine Variante der Lizensierung von Stock Photos, die eine nicht limitierte Nutzung der Bilder gewährt. Näheres unter: License Agreements.
20. In welcher Größe bekomme ich die Bilder?
Sie können die Bilder in vier verschiedenen Größen herunterladen. Die Originalgröße kann bis zu 5625x3750 Pixel betragen. Unter jedem Bild finden Sie eine exakte Größenangabe in Pixeln.
21. Kann ich die Bilder, die ich heruntergeladen habe, weiterverkaufen?
Sie dürfen die Bilder, die Sie von nicecityimage heruntergeladen haben, nicht weiterverkaufen. Nähere Informationen finden Sie unter License Agreement.
22. Wie kann ich mein Profil ändern?
Um Ihr Profil zu ändern, gehen Sie zu My Profile und About. Bestätigen Sie ihre änderung.
FAQ
1. Mot de passe oublié – que faire?
Aucun problème. Cliquez simplement sur Forgot Password et vous recevrez le nouveau par e-mail. Le nouveau mot de passe vous permet d’accéder à votre profil nicecityimage. Après le Login, si vous souhaitez changer votre mot de passe, allez dans My Profile puis cliquez sur About en haut de la page et modifiez votre mot de passe comme il vous plaira.
2. Comment avoir accès à ma facture?
Vous recevez votre facture par e-mail.
3. Que faire si le téléchargement ne fonctionne pas?
Si vous rencontrez des difficultés pour le téléchargement, contactez-nous. Vous disposez de cinq tentatives pour télécharger l’image, sans devoir acheter de nouveaux Credits.
4. Qu’est-ce qu’un Credit et comment fonctionne le système de paiement?
Les Credits correspondent à la monnaie d’échange sur nicecityimage, et nous les vendons par le biais du système de micro-paiement paypal. Avec ces Credits vous pouvez acquérir des données d’images. Si vous souhaitez télécharger une image dans la résolution souhaitée, vous devez d’abord acheter le nombre correspondant de Credits : 1 Credit équivaut à 1 euro. Vous pouvez acheter autant d’images que vous possédez de Credits.
5. Où acheter des Credits?
Allez dans My Credits, dans la barre de navigation située en haut à côté du Login button, puis cliquez sur Buy Credits. Ou suivez les indications données au point six.
6. Comment fonctionne le Download?
Cliquez sur l’image que vous avez choisie afin d’obtenir une vue détaillée. Puis cliquez sur Add to Card Button. Sur la partie gauche de la zone de navigation se trouve un aperçu détaillé de l’ensemble des images choisies et des Credits disponibles. Cliquez sur View Shopping Cart et une nouvelle fenêtre apparaît avec toutes les images choisies. Avant de cliquer sur Checkout, n’oubliez pas de vérifier votre choix. Suivez ensuite les indications détaillées. Vous pouvez également commencer par enregistrer les images dans la Lightbox pour créer une collection, et acheter des Credits ultérieurement.
7. Quelle devise utilisez-vous?
Nous facturons en EUROS.
8. La TVA est-elle incluse?
7% de TVA sont inclus dans le prix d’achat.
9. Suivi de mes commandes en cours – comment obtenir des informations?
Allez dans My Orders, dans la barre de navigation située en haut à côté du Login button. Sélectionnez la commande en question dans la liste. Vous y trouverez toutes les informations, y compris le lien de chaque Download.
10. Comment obtenir des informations sur mes Credits?
Allez dans My Credits, dans la barre de navigation située en haut à côté du Login button. L’état de votre compte s’affiche en cliquant sur Credit Account.
11. Les images téléchargées ont-elles un filigrane?
Les images que vous téléchargez avec des Credits achetés ne sont pas filigranées.
12. Est-il possible de prendre contact avec le photographe afin de rechercher une image en particulier?
Toutes les images sont royalty-free et non exclusives. C’est pourquoi nous n’entrons pas en contact avec le photographe ni ne recherchons d’autres images pour nos clients.
13. Comment prendre contact avec nicecityimage?
Le Contact link se situe sur le côté gauche. Nous vous prions de bien vouloir communiquer avec nous exclusivement à travers ce formulaire…
14. Qu’est-ce qu’une Lightbox?
Dans une Lightbox, vous pouvez créer une collection d’images que vous souhaitez éventuellement télécharger. Vous pourrez les télécharger ultérieurement et les garder enregistrées aussi longtemps que vous le voulez dans la Lightbox. Vous n’êtes pas tenu de télécharger les images de la Lightbox.
15. Comment les images parviennent-elles dans la Lightbox?
Lorsque vous êtes sur la page avec l’aperçu détaillé des images, vous pouvez cliquer sur Add to Lightbox. Le nombre des images dans la Lightbox n’est pas limité.
16. Comment montrer une image à un ami?
Depuis l’aperçu détaillé, vous avez la possibilité d’envoyer une image à un tiers par e-mail. Cliquez sur le button Tell a Friend et remplissez le formulaire avec les coordonnées. Le lien sera envoyé par e-mail à l’adresse indiquée.
17. Comment fonctionne exactement la concession de licence?

18. Si je modifie une image, puis-je déposer un copyright sur l’image modifiée?
Vous pouvez modifier les images à votre guise, mais ne pouvez pas déposer de copyright. nicecityimage reste le seul détenteur du copyright, avec ou sans modification.

20. De quelle taille sont les images que je reçois?
